Youshan Zhao is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), IRS Enrolled Agent, and P&C Agent in Charge.

Paul Grassi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in both Florida and New Jersey.

Paul serves as the primary relationship manager for clients in the financial institutions space, including Alternative Asset Managers such as hedge funds, private equity funds and their portfolios, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers, family offices, and small commercial banks.

Paul leads a team of M&A specialists focused on providing buy-side and sell-side transactional assurance services.

Fangxiao Ouyang is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional with extensive experience in finance, tax, and auditing. She specializes in financial reporting, tax compliance, internal auditing, and financial planning & analysis.

 

Fangxiao provides professional accounting, tax, and financial consulting services for both businesses and individuals.

Ying Liu is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA No. 65318) with a strong background in financial management and accounting. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the Capital University of Economics and Business in 1997.

Ying began her career as an auditor with PwC Beijing, where she worked from 1997 to 2004 on IPO and internal control audits for companies in both China and the U.S. From 2004 to 2016, she served as Finance Director for several public and private companies.

Since 2017, Ying has been a Partner at A&T CPA Solutions, specializing in tax compliance and financial reporting, and is dedicated to delivering professional and efficient services to clients.

Sonia Li is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA No. 00150722) with a strong foundation in accounting and tax. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2013 and began her career at BNY Mellon, where she supported financial operations and client services from 2014 to 2017.

 

Since joining A&T CPA Solutions in 2021, Sonia has focused on tax compliance, IRS representation, and client advisory services, delivering expert support and guidance to individuals and businesses.

Yan Wright is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA No. 00151218-EA) with expertise in accounting and taxation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2013 and joined A&T CPA Solutions in 2019.

 

Yan specializes in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and international as well as estate tax planning, and is recognized for delivering attentive and client-focused service.
