He also leads M&A advisory services, including financial due diligence and quality-of-earnings analysis to support successful transactions.

Michael Wang is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

He has worked with Fortune 500 multinational corporations, publicly listed companies in the U.S. and Hong Kong, regional CPA firms, and small to mid-sized businesses in the real estate and high-tech sectors.

Fangxiao Ouyang is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional with extensive experience in finance, tax, and auditing.

 

She specializes in financial reporting, tax compliance, internal auditing, and financial planning & analysis.

 

Fangxiao provides professional accounting, tax, and financial consulting services for both businesses and individuals.

Ying Liu is a Certified Internal Auditor with extensive experience in finance and accounting. She graduated in 1997 from the Capital University of Economics and Business.

Ying began her career at PwC Beijing, working on IPO and internal control audits for China and U.S. companies.
She later served as Finance Director for several public and private businesses from 2004 to 2016.

Ying joined A&T CPA Solutions as a Partner in 2017.
She specializes in tax compliance and financial reporting to support clients with clarity and confidence.

Sonia Li is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA No. 00150722) with a strong foundation in accounting and tax.

 

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2013 and began her career at BNY Mellon, where she supported financial operations and client services from 2014 to 2017.

 

Since joining A&T CPA Solutions in 2021, Sonia has focused on tax compliance, IRS representation, and client advisory services, delivering expert support and guidance to individuals and businesses.

Yan Wright is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA No. 00151218-EA) with expertise in accounting and taxation.

 

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2013 and joined A&T CPA Solutions in 2019.

 

Yan specializes in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and international as well as estate tax planning, and is recognized for delivering attentive and client-focused service.

Lizzy Li has passed several subjects of the Chinese CPA exam. She graduated from Sichuan Agricultural University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing and gained practical experience as an expense accountant in a large state-owned enterprise.​

Yuefeng graduated from Sichuan University of Business and Technology in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
